• Rates are inclusive of breakfast and 10% service charge, 5% VAT and 7% municipality fee.
• Rates are subject to AED 10 Tourism Dirham fees per room per day.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
• No cancellation charge applies prior to 19:00(local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
• Our official check-in time is 1400 hrs and our check out time is 12 noon. An original valid passport or Emirates ID is required in order to check-in.
• Individual airport transfer can be provided at AED 200.00 per way.
• Room preferences are subject to availability.
