• Rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of breakfast;

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge, 6% tourism fee 4% municipality fee and 5% VAT;

• Rates are inclusive of AED 15 net tourism dirham fee per night/room;

• Rate is quoted per room per night and is subject to availability upon confirmation;

• Room rates include free WIFI access, pool and gym access;

• Room rates include free indoor parking;
