Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are per room per night and listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED)
• Above rates are inclusive of all government taxes and fees
• Rate is subject to change should the government implement / change any service charge and fees
• Twin rooms are subject on hotel availability
• Inclusive of buffet breakfast at the designated buffet area
• Inclusive of Wi-Fi connection
• Free access to the swimming pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor parking
• No Free of charge room
• If a City-wide event is launched 90 days prior to group arrival, the group rates are subject to change
• Maximum occupancy is two (2) adults and two (2) kids (up to age 16)
• Triple occupancy room will be Superior Queen bed and sofa bed. Supplement for third person is AED 120 with breakfast.
• The above rates are non-commissionable
• Offer valid until 12 February 2025

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm

• Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm

• Early check-in: for guaranteed early arrival, room can be pre-registered for the previous night and one-night charge will apply; subject to availability.

Late check-out: subject to availability and is based on below:

12:00 pm – 6:00 pm: 50% charge will be applicable

6:00 pm onwards: Full night’s charge will be applicable

Cancellation Policy:

The amount is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Guarantee Policy:

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.

No show:

In-case of No-show full amount will be charged.
